company formation service allows you to choose the name of your new company,
subject to availability. Because we now submit the vast majority of new
formations electronically to Companies House, your company will normally be
incorporated within 24 hours of ordering and your full company pack despatched
within five working days or less.
The new Electronic Incorporation
facility for tailor made companies not only enables us to form your new company
very quickly, but also with your intended directors, company secretary,
registered office and shareholders all in place and recorded at Companies House
immediately upon formation. The major benefit in this is that it allows you to
immediately open a bank account, whereas previously, and still with most other
formation agents, you would have to wait up to a week and sometimes more before
your directors would be recorded at Companies House, thus delaying the opening
of a bank account.
You can use virtually any name for a new company as
long as it is not exactly the same as any other registered name. Some words
such as “International”, “Holdings” and “Group”
are designated as sensitive names and there are rules governing their use in a
company name.

copy package, our standard cost for tailor-made companies is £150.00 excl
VAT , and is fully inclusive of all documentation detailed below

- Five bound copies (hard copy package) or 1 bound copy (CD
Rom package) of Memorandum & Articles of Association each containing a copy
of the Certificate of Incorporation
- Statutory Registration Fee
- Fully written up opening Statutory Registers
- Fully written up minutes of the first meeting of
directors
- Fully written up minutes of the second meeting of
directors
- Fully written up Elective Resolutions and accompanying
minutes
- Stock Transfer forms fully completed, duty paid and
Inland Revenue stamped where appropriate (usually not required for electronic
formations)
- Share allotments completed and filed
- Printed Share Certificates
- All required forms 288a, 288b, 287, G88(2), 225 completed
and filed at Companies House where appropriate
- Any level of Authorised Capital as required
- Additional Share Classes as required
- Full copy of Table A Regulations
