This suggestion applies to your contact details (email, address, phone numbers and email) and any descriptions that you publish on this site. Due to the nature of the Internet, we can never 100% guarantee that such information is completely secure, so if you are in any doubt, simply refrain from using this directory. We will of course do every thing possible to ensure that this directory is not a route for spam email and will not be selling your contact details to third party mailing lists. We may of course email you from time to time and even on a regular basis. This would be to update you on any site enhancements/updates and it is our plan to introduce a Bookkeeper/Accountant focused newsletter at some point.

Privacy policy - personally identifiable information

The only personally identifiable information about you that the BASD receives is any such information you choose to include in the submission form if you submit a site for consideration for inclusion in the BASD. We use such personal information only in connection with the provision of the BASD, and do not use it for marketing purposes. We do not share your personal information with any outside companies.

When you use or access the BASD, we automatically receive and store certain information from your browser, including your IP address; your browser type; access date and time; the referring Web site address; the BASD page you requested; and in the case of a search, the specific search terms requested. We use this informationfor purposes of security, to learn more about how the BASD is used, and to improve the quality and usefulness of the BASD. We do NOT link any of this information with personal data, and we do not share this information with any outside companies.
